About Sarah Contreras, LAc, LMP
Sarah completed her acupuncture studies at Middle Way Acupuncture Institute, Mt. Vernon, Washington. In addition, she has a Master's Degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington, and a massage diploma from Spectrum Center School of Massage, Lake Stevens, Washington. Sarah also has specialized bodywork training and certificates in Shiatsu, Reflexology, Bowen Technique and Thai Massage.
Prior to her shift to natural health, Sarah worked as a business administrator and practice management consultant for physicians in the Western Washington area. She has held seminars in both western and alternative health and is currently on the faculty at several massage schools and one acupuncture school. Sarah is the team massage therapist for the Everett Silvertips Hockey Team.
